Return
If you find that your purchase does not meet your full satisfaction for any reason you have the option to return the item to us in its original state within 7days from the date of delivery.
Only items purchased directly from Digital Crown online store will be accepted.
Items being returned must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer are considered Non-Returnable.
Refund
You need to cancel your order incase it’s not shipped yet or return after shipping is done. Process of refunding will be finalized within of 3 to 15 business days depending on your original form of payment and shipment status.
Credit/Debit card Online – If an order is placed by credit card the money will be automatically credited back to your Bank and same Credit card. This usually take 7-10 days.
Bank Transfer – If you have made a Bank transfer we will refund the same amount to the same account we got the payment from. No cash Refund will be provided. This usually take 4-7 days.Cash on Delivery – If you have made a cash payment we will offer a online voucher with the same value which can be redeemed online. No cash Refund will be provided. This usually take 1-3 days.
