All brand-new items come with the standard warranty provided by the manufacturer or brand. Warranty duration and coverage vary by brand and product type.
Refurbished Products:
We offer a warranty of 3 months for Refurbished items, starting from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers you against any functional or craftsmanship defects during this period.
What is Covered
If your product has any manufacturing defects or workmanship issues under normal use, we’ve got your back. This warranty only applies to original, untouched products bought straight from Digital Crown.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by:
- Everyday use and scrapes (think scratches, dents, broken ports, cracked screens)
- Damages like liquid spills, fires, power surges, or Mother Nature’s surprises
- Software issues, viruses, or tampering
- Fixes done by anyone other than us
- Normal wear and tear (because stuff happens)
- Lost data or software issues
- Accessories and packaging (those beauties aren’t covered)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us within the 3-month warranty period.
- Provide your proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.
- Claims must be initiated within 3 days of discovering the defect.
